HCLTech, Google Cloud and ServiceNow Partner to Scale Enterprise AI Adoption with Gemini Platform

HCLTech has expanded its collaboration with Google Cloud and ServiceNow to deliver advanced AI agents designed for enterprise adoption across various business functions, leveraging the capabilities of the Gemini Enterprise platform. This move focuses on enabling organizations to transition from experimenting with artificial intelligence (AI) to embedding it into their core operations through structured workflows.

The partnership involves integrating sophisticated ServiceNow AI functionalities and industry expertise with Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise platform. The initiative is anchored in ServiceNow’s Blueprint for Agentic Business, which provides a framework for the controlled and outcome-driven deployment of AI within organizations.

HCLTech will introduce enterprise AI solutions built on Gemini Enterprise that combine advanced AI capabilities with ServiceNow's workflow orchestration platform. One key deliverable is a next-generation Factory Shop Floor Assistant, designed to provide real-time operational intelligence to manufacturing environments, thereby improving efficiency and accelerating decision-making processes.

The initial suite of solutions targets two high-impact areas: Field Services and Customer Experience. For Field Services, Gemini Live integrates with ServiceNow Field Service Management to supply field technicians with real-time audio and visual intelligence for quicker issue resolution. In the Customer Experience domain, the focus is on preserving customer intent consistently across all service channels. Furthermore, HCLTech is utilizing ServiceNow's AI Control Tower to govern and enhance visibility over AI agents operating within Gemini Enterprise. An ITOps ServiceNow Agent, available on the Google Cloud Marketplace for Gemini Enterprise, supports incident management and remediation within enterprise IT settings.

Executives from all three organizations highlighted the critical nature of integration in scaling AI effectively. Satish Thomas, Vice President of Applied AI and Platform Ecosystem at Google Cloud, stated that bringing agentic AI to the enterprise demands deep integration into the daily systems businesses rely on. He noted that the partnership offers customers the tools needed to safely scale innovation by combining Gemini Enterprise with industry-leading operational expertise from HCLTech and ServiceNow.

Michael Park, Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships and Channels at ServiceNow, emphasized that "The future of enterprise AI lies in orchestrating intelligent agents across the business as a connected system of action." He explained that this collaboration allows organizations to build an agentic enterprise foundation by integrating workflows, systems, and teams using ServiceNow's AI-native platform alongside HCLTech’s implementation expertise and Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise capabilities.

Vijay Guntur, Chief Technology Officer and Head of Ecosystems at HCLTech, pointed out that the shift in enterprises from merely exploring AI to embedding it core operations requires higher levels of integration and orchestration. He confirmed that the collaboration integrates advanced AI with operational systems to enable a more practical and accountable adoption of agentic AI, guided by ServiceNow's Agentic Blueprint.

Jagadeshwar Gattu, President of Digital Foundation Services at HCLTech, added that "Agentic AI will only deliver enterprise value when it is built on a resilient, secure and scalable digital foundation." He emphasized that the partnership helps clients move from experimentation to production-ready adoption by embedding intelligence into mission-critical environments with necessary governance and operational rigor.

This expanded alliance underscores HCLTech's focus on guiding enterprises through the transition to scaled agentic AI deployment. HCLTech will be showcasing this focus at the Sydney Google Cloud Summit 2026 and the Sydney ServiceNow World Forum.
