Saumya Consultants Ltd to Hold Board Meeting on Voluntary Delisting from Calcutta Stock Exchange​

Saumya Consultants Ltd has scheduled a Board meeting to discuss the potential voluntary delisting of the company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE). The board meeting is slated for Monday, June 29, 2026.

The proposed discussion centers around the possibility of removing the company from the CSE.

In line with the Company's Code of Conduct regulating trading by insiders, the management has announced that the trading window will be closed. This period of restricted trading will remain effective starting immediately and continuing until July 1, 2026.
