Harrisons Malayalam Ltd. has announced key changes in its office of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, following the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on May 8, 2026.The Board approved the resignation of Mr. Binu Thomas, who served as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Mr. Thomas’s resignation was effective from the close of business hours on April 18, 2026.
Effective May 8, 2026, the Board appointed Ms. Sandhya Gopi (Membership No. A62510) as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
In addition to her primary role, Ms. Sandhya Gopi has been designated as the Nodal Officer for liaising with the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority.
