HandsOn Global Management (HGM) Ltd, formerly known as HOV Services Limited, announced the financial results for the first quarter (Q1) ended June 30, 2026. The company’s Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated financial statements. Furthermore, the board considered the infusion of up to US$ 2 Million into its overseas subsidiary, HCI-LLC, Cayman Islands.

Strategic Developments and Capital Allocation​

The board reviewed the necessity and planned infusion of capital into the Group’s overseas operations. The company aims to infuse up to US$ 2 Million into its overseas subsidiary, HCI-LLC in the Cayman Islands, through a capital contribution designed to fund business and operational requirements. This action remains subject to completing FEMA/AD-Bank formalities.
