H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd. to Dissolve Six Step-Down Subsidiaries
H.G. Infra Engineering Limited announced on March 19, 2026, that its six step-down wholly owned subsidiaries have obtained shareholder consent for voluntary dissolution and will apply for strike-off with the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur.The subsidiaries, which were incorporated between June 2024 and July 2024, are: H.G. Bharatpur Solar Project Private Limited, H.G. Dudu Solar Project Private Limited, H.G. Ajmer Solar Project Private Limited, H.G. Jaipur Solar Project Private Limited, H.G. Jalore Solar Project Private Limited, and H.G. Sanchore Solar Project Private Limited.
According to the company, these subsidiaries have not commenced operations since their inception. The strike-off process is expected to be completed within 3-4 months. Upon completion, the subsidiaries will cease to be step-down wholly owned subsidiaries of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited.
