The Company received confirmation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on August 03, 2026, stating that the status of e-form STK-2 for these entities was changed to 'Approved'. Following this approval and the official striking off of their names from the Register of Companies, the subsidiaries ceased to be wholly owned step-down companies of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited effective August 03, 2026.
The Company stated that this legal action will have no material impact on its operations or financial position.
