H.G. Infra Engineering Limited has finalized the status change regarding two of its wholly owned subsidiaries, H.G. Bharatpur Solar Project Private Limited and H.G. Dudu Solar Project Private Limited.The company confirmed that both entities were struck off by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, under Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013.
H.G. Infra Engineering Limited received intimation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on June 30, 2026. The intimation stated that the status of E-form STK -2 for both H.G. Bharatpur Solar Project Private Limited and H.G. Dudu Solar Project Private Limited had been changed to 'Approved'.
As a result of this action, the two companies ceased to be the Company's step down wholly owned subsidiaries with effect from June 30, 2026. This update follows an earlier announcement made by H.G. Infra Engineering Limited on March 19, 2026.
The company stated that this transition will have no material impact on its operations or financial position.
