The transaction marks a significant change in the corporate structure, as a result of the sale, H.G. Infra Engineering Limited will no longer be the controlling entity for the subsidiary.

Following this transfer, the associated entity ceases to be classified as a subsidiary of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited.
