Gretex Launches 'Saksham Niveshak' Campaign to Guide Shareholders on Claiming Unpaid Dividends
Gretex Corporate Services Limited has initiated the 'Second 100 Days Campaign - Saksham Niveshak' to raise awareness among its shareholders regarding the process of claiming unpaid and unclaimed dividends and ensuring the necessary update of KYC details. The campaign was launched following a communication from the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPF Authority), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, which requested companies to run this initiative. The 'Second 100 Days Campaign - Saksham Niveshak' is active from April 1, 2026, to July 9, 2026.
The primary purpose of the re-launched campaign is to facilitate the direct payment of unclaimed or unpaid dividends to the rightful shareholders. The initiative aims to educate shareholders about the importance of updating KYC details and claiming any outstanding dividends before they are transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).
Shareholders whose dividends have remained unpaid or unclaimed, or those who are Non-KYC compliant, are strongly advised to update their records. Key details that must be updated include PAN, email address, contact number, residential address, bank details, and nomination. Updating these details is crucial to ensure the timely receipt of declared dividends directly into the shareholder's bank account and preventing the transfer of these shares and dividends to the IEPF.
For shareholders holding shares in demat mode, the company advises approaching their respective Depository Participants (DP) to complete the KYC updation. Since dividend payouts are electronic, the funds will be credited directly to the shareholder's bank accounts.
All shareholders are requested to email their details to the Record Transfer Agent (RTA), Bigshare Services Private Limited, located at Office No. S6-2, 6th Floor Pinnacle Business Park, Next to Ahura Centre, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400093. Alternatively, they may reach the RTA via email at investor@bigshareonline.com, or contact them at 022-6263 8200.
