Key Appointments and Personnel Changes
The Board approved several appointments of directors and senior management personnel, effective from July 24, 2026:- Mr. Harshavardhan Sinha was appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation.
