Mrs. Bela Garg, a Non-Executive Independent Director, tendered her resignation citing other professional commitments. Mr. Bhola Pandit, who served as a Non-Executive Director, resigned owing to personal and unavoidable circumstances.
Upon the effective date of their resignations, both directors will also cease to be members or chairpersons of key company committees, including the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Risk Management Committee. Both individuals confirmed that there are no material reasons for their resignation beyond those detailed in their respective letters.
The management stated that the Board is currently engaged in the process of selecting new Directors and will inform stakeholders as soon as the appointments are finalized.
