Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Company Ltd Reconstitutes Committees and Notes Auditor Resignations​

Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Company Ltd approved significant changes regarding its corporate structure during a Board meeting held on June 13, 2026. The company also noted the resignations of both its Cost Auditor and Secretarial Auditor.

The Board meeting saw the re-constitution of three key committees with immediate effect starting June 13, 2026: the Audit Committee, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.

The company also approved the transmission of 2,000 equity shares belonging to Mrs. Usha Dewan (Folio No. 0001715). These shares were transmitted to Mr. Rajiv Dewan, who is the legal heir/nominee according to submitted documents.

Key Auditor Resignations Noted​

The Board of Directors also noted two separate resignations regarding its statutory audits.

M Goyal & Co., Cost Accountants (Firm Registration No. 000051), resigned from the position of Cost Auditor, effective May 15, 2026. The firm stated that the resignation was due to personal reasons and formally withdrew their consent for appointment as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.

Similarly, CS Khushbu Kanwar and M/s Khushbu Kanwar & Co. resigned from the position of Secretarial Auditor, effective May 15, 2026. The resignation was cited due to increased professional commitments and pre-occupation with other assignments requiring substantial time and attention.

The shares of Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Company Ltd closed on Friday at ₹14.13, falling 1.26% from its previous close. Throughout the trading session, the stock moved between an intraday high of ₹15.40 and a low of ₹13.30.
