
Godrej Properties Wins Auction for Residential Land Parcel in Greater Noida
Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), one of India's leading real estate developers, announced it has won a bid for a 23.2 acres (93,905 sq. mtr.) residential land parcel in the DMIC integrated township of Greater Noida. The successful acquisition comes through an e-auction conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited.Godrej Properties plans to utilize the acquired land parcel to develop a residential group housing project. The development is anticipated to generate an estimated revenue potential exceeding INR 7,000 crore, comprising premium residential apartments of various configurations.
The newly secured plot is strategically located within the DMIC integrated township in Greater Noida. This area hosts 750 acres of smart plug-and-play infrastructure, positioning the development within a major growth corridor. The location benefits from strong connectivity to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, the Noida Greater Noida Expressway, and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar. Godrej Properties has previously established a strong presence in the region, with two recent launches in FY26 delivering sales of approximately INR 1,500 crore each.
Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, stated that the new project strengthens the company’s portfolio. He noted, "We are happy to add this new project in Greater Noida to our portfolio. We have witnessed consistent demand for our existing projects in Noida, and we remain bullish on this market. This will further strengthen our development portfolio in NCR (National Capital Region) and fits well with our strategy of deepening our presence in key micro markets across India's leading cities."
