Mumbai, India, August 25, 2026: Fractal Analytics Ltd., a global enterprise AI company, has established its dedicated India Business Unit (India BU). The unit is designed to assist large Indian enterprises in accelerating their business transformation by leveraging its enterprise agentic AI platform, Cogentiq, and its extensive portfolio of AI-driven products.

The expansion focuses on capitalizing on the growing interest from Indian organizations seeking to move beyond AI pilots and implement scaled, AI-driven transformation across their businesses. This move builds upon Fractal’s nearly two decades of involvement and leadership within India’s AI ecosystem.

Fractal is appointing Rishi Seth, a seasoned industry leader, as the Head of the India Business Unit. The India BU will operate within Fractal's APAC practice, which is led by Sandeep Dutta, Chief Practice Officer and Head APAC.

Srikanth Velamakanni, Co-founder, Group CEO and Vice Chairman of Fractal, stated that the establishment of the dedicated unit was timely given the significant increase in interest from Indian enterprises. He added that with its product suite and experience partnering with leading enterprises, Fractal is uniquely positioned to help India's largest organizations unlock meaningful business value from AI at scale.

Sandeep Dutta, Chief Practice Officer and Head APAC, commented on the state of the Indian market, noting that "Indian enterprises are at an inflection point in their AI journey." He emphasized that Fractal offers globally proven AI capabilities, innovative platforms, and strong domain expertise to accelerate the transformation journey for Indian enterprises.

In addition to its enterprise focus, Fractal is actively contributing to societal impact through AI in India. The company was selected under the IndiaAI Mission to develop a Large Reasoning Model (LRM) for India. Furthermore, Fractal recently signed a partnership with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to deploy AI-powered citizen health services using Vaidya.ai, a platform described as India’s first healthcare multimodal reasoning platform.

Fractal has previously partnered with multiple Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India to meet regional enterprise transformation needs.
