Rajputana Biodiesel Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of Arvant Bioenergy Private Limited, establishing the company as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS).The company announced that the equity shares of Arvant Bioenergy Private Limited have been duly transferred from the existing shareholders to Rajputana Biodiesel Limited and/or its nominee. This transfer was finalized on August 25, 2026.
Following the equity transfer, Arvant Bioenergy Private Limited officially became a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Rajputana Biodiesel Limited, effective from August 25, 2026.
Rajputana Biodiesel Limited previously received Board of Directors approval for the acquisition of Arvant Bioenergy Private Limited, which was formerly known as Arvanta Bioenergy Private Limited, an unlisted private limited company.
