
Fractal Analytics Reports Q1 FY27 Results: Revenue Grows 20% as Net Income Surges 92%
Mumbai | July 23, 2026 — Fractal Analytics Ltd has announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 (Q1 FY27), ending June 30, 2026. The company reported consolidated operating revenue of INR 9,125 million, marking a 20% increase year-on-year. Net Income grew significantly at 92% YoY, reaching INR 723 million.The results reflect strong margin expansion across the organization. Gross Margin stood at 46%, while the Adjusted EBITDA Margin expanded by 189 basis points (bps) YoY to 17%.
Segment Performance and Client Engagement
Fractal’s performance was driven particularly by its Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) sector, which recorded a robust growth of 69% YoY. HLS has now become the second largest industry within Fractal’s portfolio. Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) also demonstrated solid growth, increasing by 36% in Q1. Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail (CPGR), which remains Fractal's largest industry, continued its upward trend with a 19% YoY increase. Conversely, the TMT segment declined 22% in the quarter.The company noted that its strategic focus on client relationships yielded positive outcomes. CEO Commentary on AI Transformation
Srikanth Velamakanni, Group CEO and Executive Vice Chairman of Fractal, commented on the results, noting that enterprises are actively allocating budgets towards AI transformations, which is directly reflected in the size of the deals being secured by the company.Velamakanni stated that while TMT was a drag on headline growth this quarter, excluding the TMT sector, the business grew 35% year-on-year, providing a clearer view of the underlying demand. He further emphasized that as data sovereignty becomes a priority for governments and enterprises, clients require a partner capable of operating across various models and infrastructure.
