ESAF Small Finance Bank Ltd has scheduled its Tenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of its members. The meeting is set to take place on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 03:00 P.M. IST.The AGM will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The bank has appointed NSDL to provide the necessary facility for members to attend the meeting and for facilitating e-voting processes.
A key date for shareholders is August 7, 2026, which serves as the cut-off date to determine member entitlement for attending the AGM via VC/OAVM, as well as for e-voting purposes.
