Equippp Social Impact Technologies Limited Signs MoU with Telangana State Legislature Secretariat for Constituency Development Initiative

Equippp Social Impact Technologies Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Telangana State Legislature Secretariat to establish, operate, and transfer 119 Constituency Development and Sustainability Bridge Foundations. These entities will be established as independent non-profit section 8 companies, with one dedicated to each Assembly Constituency in Telangana.

The initiative is designed to foster cross sector collaboration by serving as a bridge between Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs), government departments, technology partners, social impact investors, corporate entities, CSR foundations, and academic institutions. Under this framework, MLAs will serve as Constituency Development Champions to identify local priorities and encourage citizen participation. They will not be involved in the daily financial, administrative, or operational management of the foundations.

Equippp will develop and operate the Constituency Development Exchange (CDX), a customized media platform that enables legislators to present constituency priorities and requirements to development agencies, impact investors, and diaspora networks. To support these initiatives, the company will deploy AI Social Tech Professionals trained in collaboration with academic and professional institutions to assist in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and impact reporting.

Additionally, an AI powered CM Dashboard will be implemented to provide constituency wise information, progress monitoring, and decision support for authorized stakeholders. The Telangana State Legislature Secretariat will facilitate the establishment of the foundations and coordinate with government departments to support the required institutional framework.

The initiative covers a wide range of priorities including education, healthcare, skill development, livelihoods, women empowerment, entrepreneurship, tourism, and digital inclusion. The program also includes pilot projects, workshops, and networking events involving government departments, corporations, and NGOs.
