Nanta Tech Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aimtron Technologies Private Limited to facilitate the contract manufacturing of robotic products under its Allbotix brand. The collaboration, executed on 14th July 2026, is intended to significantly strengthen Nanta’s manufacturing capabilities and support the scaling of its growing robotics business.

The partnership involves jointly undertaking the design and development of robotic products between the two companies. Aimtron Technologies will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and testing these products according to mutually agreed engineering specifications, designs, and quality standards. This strategic move aims to establish an asset-light and scalable manufacturing model for Nanta Tech.

The collaboration is projected to generate substantial business opportunities. The parties currently anticipate receiving manufacturing orders with an indicative aggregate value of approximately 310 crore over a period of 15 months, subject to commercial terms and individual purchase orders from Nanta Tech.

Crucially, the MoU stipulates that all intellectual property related to the products, including designs, software, firmware, trademarks, and know-how, will remain the exclusive property of Nanta Tech Limited. Aimtron Technologies is contracted to manufacture these products exclusively for Nanta.
