The appointment, effective October 1, 2026, follows the approval of his selection by the Company's Board of Directors and shareholders.As a Promoter at the Embassy Group and part of the company's next generation of leadership, Neel Virwani has been associated with the Group since April 2024. His experience includes strategic planning, business development, and brand transformation initiatives.
In his role as Chief Business Officer, Neel Virwani will be responsible for leading EDL's operations across North and West India. His focus areas include the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and the National Capital Region (NCR). He will drive portfolio expansion, oversee project structuring and execution, and spearhead new business initiatives across the Company’s owned and development management portfolios.
Aditya Virwani, Managing Director of Embassy Developments Limited, commented on the appointment, stating that Neel's leadership will be critical as EDL scales across Mumbai and expands into new markets.
