Embassy Developments Limited has secured a major contract valued at over ₹850 crore awarding the civil and structural works package for its landmark ultra-luxury residential project, Embassy Citadel. The construction partnership was awarded to Leighton Asia, a division of the CIMIC Group.Embassy Citadel is strategically located on Dr. Elijah Moses Road in Worli, Mumbai. This extensive development spans approximately 1.6 million sq. ft. and holds an estimated gross development value of around ₹8,800 crore. The project scope includes creating a vertically integrated luxury ecosystem focused on wellness, hospitality-inspired living, and multi-generational community spaces.
The tower is designed to rise approximately 300 metres and will feature 316 residences across three configurations (three, four, and five bedroom types), alongside two exclusive triplex mansion homes. The development also encompasses roughly 1 lakh sq. ft. of amenities distributed across seven dedicated lifestyle floors, culminating in a dedicated 79th-floor Sky Lounge.
