Eco Hotels Approves Final Forfeiture Notice for Shareholders Who Fail to Pay Rights Issue Call Money
Eco Hotels And Resorts Ltd has approved and ordered the issuance of a Final Reminder Cum Forfeiture Notice targeting holders of partly paid up equity shares who have failed to remit their outstanding call money related to the company’s rights issue. The decision was finalized by the Company's Rights Issue Committee on July 23, 2026.The Final Reminder cum Forfeiture Notice is specifically addressed to those shareholders who have not settled the First Call, Second Call, Third and Final Call, or any combination of these payments.
The notice serves as a final warning to defaulting shareholders regarding the required payment. The company stipulated that if call money along with accrued interest is not paid by Thursday, August 10, 2026, then the partly paid up equity shares held by them will be liable to forfeiture, including the amount already paid on those shares.
All concerned shareholders have been requested to complete the payment of the applicable Call Money and/or interest before the specified deadline, as per the enclosed instructions. Shareholders who successfully paid the Call Money on the original due date are advised to disregard this reminder.
