E2E Networks Signs Binding Term Sheet Worth Rs. 1,000 Crore with Sovereign AI Company

E2E Networks Limited, an AI cloud infrastructure company based in India, announced that it has signed a binding term sheet with a Sovereign AI company located in India. The agreement, which involves the provision of NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and allied services, carries an aggregate contract value of approximately Rs. 1,000 crore (exclusive of taxes) and is set to continue through June 2029.

The deal marks a significant shift for E2E Networks, providing greater revenue visibility over a multi-year period.

Commenting on this development, Nitin Jain, Chief Financial Officer of E2E Networks, stated that the engagement transitions the NVIDIA Blackwell capacity, which the company deployed at the end of May 2026, from a pay-as-you-go model to a longer-term commitment.

Tarun Dua, Managing Director of E2E Networks, added that the agreement reflects the increasing confidence shown by both sovereign AI and enterprise AI customers in E2E's cloud GPUs, as India's requirements for AI compute continue to expand.

E2E Stock Price Movement

On Monday, E2E Networks Limited shares edged higher to settle at ₹618.75, gaining 0.49%. The stock recorded a traded volume of 310,124 shares during the session.
