This initial resignation, submitted on 8 April 2026, would have required her to cease acting as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company.
Following the withdrawal of her resignation, Smt. P. Uma Gandhi will continue her service with Dredging Corporation of India Limited. She remains in her capacity as General Manager (Finance) and continues to serve as the CFO and KMP of the company.
