This investment is intended for the purpose of Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Captive Consumption, in conjunction with a corresponding Captive Power Agreement (CPA) with First Energy. The agreement secures a minimum of 26% equity share capital of First Energy, along with other captive users, as per the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and related rules.
The financial transaction details confirm that 50,00,000 Equity Shares of First Energy were credited to Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd's Demat Account on June 16, 2026. Each equity share was priced at Rs 10/-, accumulating to the agreed investment amount of Rs 5,00,00,000/-.
