Business Operational Updates
The company noted that for ease of understanding, it has treated the order inflow and execution amount as being the same for the reporting period.Regarding the Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) for its Biomass Power Generation business, the average billing for the preceding two fiscal years was џ 80 crore per year.
In a significant update regarding its power division, the tariff of DEE Development Engineers Limited was revised to Rs. 5.877 per unit by the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) vide its order dated August 20, 2025. However, following an appeal filed before the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana, the High Court, vide its order dated October 23, 2025, stayed the operation of the Commission's order.
As a result of the stay, the company will continue to supply electricity to PSPCL at the prevailing tariff of џ 7.47 per unit. Furthermore, any recovery claimed by PSPCL related to tariff differential will remain withheld until the final disposal of the matter by the Hon'ble High Court.
