The Board approved a Related Party Transaction wherein Ms. Shikha Bansal is set to rent office premises located at SCO 222 and SCO 223 in Omaxe World Street. The premises will be rented out to Atul Krishan Bansal (AKB) Foundation for an initial period of 11 months, with a combined monthly rent not exceeding Rs 70,000.
