The address detailed critical infrastructure achievements across development, aviation, and water security, while also mapping out the comprehensive countermeasures deployed during the severe West Asia conflict. The Prime Minister stressed that these successes affirm India's commitment to self-reliance and holistic economic independence.

Boosting Regional Growth Through Massive Infrastructure Projects​

Shri Modi inaugurated new developments designed to radically accelerate growth and improve the ease of living in Rajasthan. He dedicated the monumental Rajasthan Refinery, emphasizing its role as a source of permanent employment for thousands. This infrastructure move directly contrasts with previous regimes of abandoned foundation stones.

The Prime Minister also highlighted significant advancements in connectivity across the state. These include the inauguration of a new airport terminal in Jodhpur and the launch of a new phase of the UDAN scheme to revolutionize remote air travel. Further administrative milestones included recognizing 54,000 youth candidates who received government job appointment letters.

A landmark water resolution was formally announced between Rajasthan and Haryana. A major agreement worth ₹34,000 crore will facilitate an underground pipeline transport from the Hathnikund Barrage to deliver life-saving water to residents in Sikar, Churu, Jhunjhunu, and the entire Shekhawati region.

India’s Unwavering Resilience Against Global Energy Shock​

The Prime Minister addressed the severe instability triggered by conflicts in West Asia, framing it as the most intense energy crisis of the 21st century. He highlighted that this global despair was met with robust domestic resilience through precise strategic assessment and balanced resource utilization. India's ability to manage the situation successfully, he asserted, strongly outweighed international shockwaves.

Before the conflict, the nation relied on imports for 60 percent of its LPG, much of which originated from the volatile Gulf region. The Prime Minister detailed a massive defensive response: domestic refineries were quickly reconfigured in just seven days. This tactical shift boosted national LPG production dramatically, raising it from 35,000 metric tonnes to 54,000 metric tonnes.

Consumer Protection and Financial Shielding During Fuel Crisis​

Addressing the spike in global crude oil prices—which surged from 70 to 120 dollars per barrel—the Prime Minister focused on financial protection for Indian consumers. He revealed that despite market predictions suggesting domestic cylinders could reach ₹2,000, the government capped prices below ₹950. Ujjwala cylinders were protected at under ₹650.

The state demonstrated a commitment to proactive price control and financial sacrifice. The government proactively absorbed a staggering loss of over ₹75,000 crore between April and June alone. To ensure affordable supply even in remote areas, the Prime Minister highlighted the decision to slash excise duty by 10 rupees per liter.

Diplomatic Maneuvering Secures Strategic Fuel Base​

The Prime Minister credited proactive foreign policy for successfully navigating the acute supply crunch. Strategically leveraging diplomatic clout, India expanded its fuel import base from a narrow band of 25-26 countries to over 40 nations. This move sent a clear message that the national interest and citizen welfare remain paramount in international dealings.

The focus on self-sufficiency was also evident in industrial capacity. The completion of the Rajasthan Refinery, he pointed out, marks a crucial shift. This refinery represents India’s ascent to fourth largest capacity globally, successfully recovering from what could have been an averted disaster.

Revolutionizing Connectivity and Water Security Across States​

In addition to energy security, the Prime Minister detailed transformative developments in infrastructure and resource management. The launch of a new UDAN scheme phase is set to revolutionize remote air connectivity across Marwar.

A major push toward ecological responsibility was also announced. He spoke of planting a sacred Khejri sapling to combat desertification. Furthermore, he presented the resolution of long-standing water disputes, contrasting past negligence with the current 'Nation First' approach exemplified by the state-level collaboration for the Shekhawati region’s water supply.
