CRISIL Reaffirms Ratings for Indus Towers' Long-Term Debt and Short-Term Facilities​

Indus Towers Ltd has received updated credit ratings from CRISIL Ratings Limited, reaffirming the standing of its long-term bank loan facilities and bond debt instruments. The ratings were issued on July 17, 2026.

CRISIL Ratings reaffirmed the rating for Indus Towers' long term bank loan facilities and Rs. 1,000 crore bond (debt instrument) at 'Crisil AAA/Stable'. This reaffirms the stability of the company’s debt structure over the longer term.

In addition to the long-term reaffirmation, CRISIL also provided ratings for the short term obligations. The short-term bank loan facilities and Commercial Papers of Indus Towers were rated at 'Crisil A1+'.

A specific note regarding the company's existing bonds was released. The rating assigned to a Rs. 750 crore bond (debt instrument) has been withdrawn on account of its redemption.

INDUSTOWER Stock Price Movement​

On Friday, shares of Indus Towers Limited shed 0.65% in value, settling at ₹403.50 after trading closed. The stock saw a volume of 4.79 million shares throughout the day, reaching an intraday low of ₹401.75.
