PVV Infra Ltd has issued a Reminder Notice to the holders of its partly paid-up equity shares regarding the outstanding First and Final Call Money. The Board of Directors approved the dispatch of the notice at its meeting held on July 18, 2026.

The company clarified that this Reminder Notice is not a Forfeiture Notice. No forfeiture of the partly paid-up equity shares is being threatened or initiated at this stage. PVV Infra Ltd intends to provide further opportunities for shareholders who fail to pay during this payment period, and any future decision regarding forfeiture will be communicated separately with prior notice as required by the Company's Articles of Association.
