The company successfully managed its waste streams, generating a total waste of 10.89 metric tonnes in FY 2025-26, a reduction from 26.26 metric tonnes the previous year. The waste intensity per rupee of turnover was reported as 0.0005 metric tonne/₹ million.

Regarding liquid discharge, the company confirmed that generated effluent is 100% treated in-house via a Combined Effluent Treatment Plant and is utilized within the manufacturing facility for landscaping purposes.

  • Fair Pay: Gross wages paid to female employees totaled 25.54% of the entity's total wages in FY 2025-26, showing an increase from 19.88% in FY 2024-25.

The company confirmed that all permanent employees and workers are covered by Provident Fund (PF) and Gratuity benefits. The organization also stated that it adheres to all applicable environmental laws and holds the necessary consents from the KSPCB regarding hazardous and biomedical waste authorization.
