Both Crisil Canada Inc. and Crisil PriceMetrix Inc. have been successfully merged into a single entity, which is now named Crisil PriceMetrix Inc.The amalgamation was effective from August 1, 2026. Crisil Limited received the Certificate of Amalgamation on August 5, 2026, concluding all formalities related to the corporate restructuring.
These subsidiaries were wholly owned step down entities of the company. The successful completion of this merger means that Crisil PriceMetrix Inc. now operates as the unified entity resulting from the combination of both predecessor companies.
