Driving Social Impact and Product Stewardship
Colgate-Palmolive India continues to focus on improving lives and fostering inclusive communities. The flagship program, Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures®, has engaged approximately 195 million children and their families across India since 1991. Since 2020, the program has reached about 26 million children and their families in 15 states.During the fiscal year 2025-26, the company empowered over 237,000 beneficiaries, predominantly women, through financial and digital literacy initiatives. These programs were conducted across 650 villages to promote greater financial inclusion and access to government welfare schemes.
In terms of product stewardship, 100% of Colgate toothpaste manufactured in India now uses recyclable tubes. Furthermore, the company maintained zero product recalls for over a decade and ensures 100% ingredient transparency on its digital platforms.
