Coal India Limited has confirmed the dissolution and striking off of its wholly owned subsidiary, CIL Solar PV Limited.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, issued a notice regarding the company’s status. This notice, dated 11.05.2026, informed that pursuant to sub-section (5) of Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013, the name of CIL Solar PV Limited was struck off from the Register of Companies, officially dissolving the entity.

This update concerns CIL Solar PV Limited, which operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Coal India Limited.
