City Union Bank Announces Allotment of Bonus Equity Shares to Members
The Board of Directors of City Union Bank Limited approved the allotment of bonus equity shares in the proportion of one share for every three existing fully paid up equity shares. This decision was formalized by the Bank’s Bonus Committee.The allotted bonus equity shares number 24,76,96,809. Each unit of these shares is valued at Re. 1/- and are classified as fully paid up Bonus Equity shares.
The allotment is intended for eligible members of the Bank whose names appeared in the Register of Members on June 12, 2026, which was set as the record date. The bonus equity shares will be available for trading starting on June 16, 2026.
The bank confirmed that the newly allotted Bonus equity shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the fully paid up equity shares of the Bank existing on the Record Date.
