Cineline India Limited Allots Equity Shares After Warrants Conversion; Paid-Up Capital Reaches ₹19 Crore Lakhs
Cineline India Limited has completed the allotment of 38,46,153 equity shares following the conversion of warrants allotted on a preferential basis. The transaction resulted in a significant increase to the company's issued and paid up share capital.The Company confirmed that it received ₹33,74,99,925.75 from warrant holders as they exercised their options, corresponding to the 38,46,153 equity shares allotted on July 30, 2026. The warrants were initially granted in February 3, 2025, with a face value of ₹5 each.
The issue price for the warrant was set at ₹117 per warrant. Of this amount, investors paid the requisite balance of ₹87.75 per warrant during conversion, which represents the Warrant Exercise Price (corresponding to 75% of the issue price).
Following the receipt of the funds, Cineline India Limited allotted the equity shares pursuant to the conversion of the warrants. The successful completion of this transaction has increased the Company’s issued and paid up share capital to a total of ₹19,05,62,935, which consists of 3,81,12,587 equity shares of ₹5 each.
The allotment was carried out through both Promoter/Promoter Group and Non-Promoter investors. The details regarding the conversion of warrants and the allocation of new equity shares are as follows:
