
Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Registers 42% Growth in Consolidated PAT for Q1 FY27
The Board of Directors of Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited (CFHL) has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The consolidated figures show significant growth across revenue and profit for the company.For the quarter ending June 30, 2026, CFHL achieved a Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 1,789 Cr, marking a robust growth of 42% compared to the Rs. 1,260 Cr reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's Assets Under Management (AuM) also demonstrated strong expansion, growing by 23% to reach Rs. 2,54,392 Cr as of June 30, 2026, up from Rs. 2,07,663 Cr recorded at the end of June 30, 2025.

Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Ltd (CIFCL), in which CFHL holds a stake of about 43.74%, saw the company disbursing Rs. 29,612 Cr in Q1 FY27, compared to Rs. 24,325 Cr in Q1 FY26, registering a growth of 22%. CIFCL also achieved a PAT of Rs. 1,654 Cr, up from Rs. 1,136 Cr in the prior corresponding quarter, indicating a 46% rise.
In terms of insurance operations, Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Ltd (CMSGICL), a subsidiary where CFHL holds about a 60% stake, reported Gross Written Premium (GWP) of Rs. 2,189 Cr in Q1 FY27, up from Rs. 2,073 Cr in the previous year. CMSGICL achieved a profit of Rs. 128 Cr, against a profit of Rs. 119 Cr in the corresponding period. As of June 30, 2026, CMSGICL maintained an investment book of Rs. 19,172 crores.
Cholamandalam MS Risk Services Ltd., a Joint Venture Company where CFHL holds a 49.5% stake, registered total income of Rs. 24.86 Cr for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up from Rs. 20.44 Cr in the previous year. The PAT for this entity was Rs. 0.94 Cr compared to Rs. 1.23 Cr in the corresponding period of FY25.
Looking at standalone results, the company recorded a total income of Rs. 4.36 Cr for Q1 FY27, up from Rs. 3.65 Cr in the previous quarter. Standalone PAT for Q1 FY27 stood at Rs. 4.38 Cr, compared to Rs. 2.11 Cr in the preceding period.
