Bautex Ventures LLP is involved in the management structure of the Fund, acting as both the Sponsor and the Investment Manager. The Company, Gretex Corporate Services Limited, and its material subsidiary, Gretex Share Broking Limited, each hold a 50% partnership interest in Bautex Ventures LLP.
