Dubai, UAE & South Africa – April XX, 2026 – Capillary Technologies, a global leader in loyalty technology solutions, has appointed Sumit Kumar as President of the Middle East, Africa & India. The appointment reinforces Capillary's commitment to driving growth and strengthening client relationships in a strategic market.Sumit brings over 28 years of experience in enterprise sales and customer success, previously holding leadership roles at Marks & Spencer, Bata, Landmark Group, Al-Futtaim, and The Clermont Group. He has also served as a Director and Board Member at Hoan My Medical Corporation.
Based in Dubai, Sumit will lead Capillary’s sales organization across the Middle East, Africa, and India, driving adoption of its loyalty platform and expanding client partnerships.
