Redington Limited, a technology aggregator focusing on emerging markets, and Resulticks, a global provider of real-time audience engagement solutions, have announced a five-year strategic distribution relationship aimed at accelerating the adoption of advanced customer engagement technologies. This collaboration is set to expand market reach across the Middle East, India, and Southeast and South Asia (SESA).

The partnership combines Redington's extensive channel ecosystem and market presence with Resulticks' AI-driven engagement platform. The goal is to enable organizations in these territories to deliver connected, data driven customer experiences across various digital channels.

Through this collaboration, Redington will support the expansion of Resulticks within the Middle East while strengthening its penetration in India. Concurrently, Resulticks will collaborate with Redington to boost growth opportunities throughout the SESA region. Over the five-year period, both companies project a market opportunity exceeding $150 million across the Middle East, India, and Rest of Asia.

The core focus of the partnership is empowering channel partners by introducing them to new capabilities and revenue streams. The program introduces a structured partner engagement model that transcends traditional distribution. This model aims to help partners build expertise in AI-powered engagement technologies while unlocking performance based incentives and new avenues for value creation.

"As organizations increasingly look to engage customers in real time and make smarter decisions through AI, the demand for intelligent, data driven engagement platforms is growing rapidly across our markets," said Sayantan Dev, Global Head of Software Solutions Group at Redington. "This partnership with Resulticks brings those capabilities into the Redington ecosystem, enabling our channel partners to deliver more intelligent and connected customer experiences. Crucially, it creates meaningful new opportunities for partners to grow by expanding their solution portfolios, building new capabilities, and unlocking stronger revenue potential."

Redickaa Subrammanian, CEO of Resulticks, commented on the significance of the partnership: "Across industries, companies are rethinking how they use data to build deeper and more meaningful relationships with their customers. The Resulticks platform was designed to help organizations bring together data, AI, and engagement into a single, unified approach. Working with Redington gives us the ability to scale this vision across multiple markets through an ecosystem that understands the local landscape and can help customers translate technology into measurable outcomes."

V. S. Hariharan, Managing Director and Group CEO of Redington, added that the partnership signifies Redington's evolution beyond a traditional distribution model into becoming a true technology orchestrator. He stated, "Our collaboration with Resulticks unites deep market access, a powerful partner network, and advanced AI driven engagement platforms to create meaningful impact for customers. Together, we are empowering partners and enterprises to drive new value, smarter outcomes, and sustained leadership in an increasingly data driven world."

The collaboration will be jointly managed from Dubai, India, and Singapore, reflecting both companies' commitment to accelerating AI driven engagement capabilities across the Middle East, India, and Asia.
