Mumbai, August 27, 2026: Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has secured a Letter of Intent (LOI) valued at approximately ₹ 741 Crore (Rupees Seven Hundred and Forty-One Crore Only), excluding GST, from Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited.The LOI covers the construction of the Core and Shell work for two major projects: Mahindra Rainforest located in Kanjurmarg and Mahindra Beacon Hill situated in Mahalaxmi.
