Creative Newtech and Drona Aviation Form Partnership to Expand Drone-Based STEM Learning in India​

Creative Newtech Limited has entered a strategic Distributor Agreement with Drona Aviation Private Limited, positioning Creative Newtech as the pan-India distribution partner for Drona Aviation's educational drone kits and related products. This collaboration aims to expand access to hands-on drone technology and STEM learning across the country.

The partnership brings together Drona Aviation's education-focused drone technology with Creative Newtech's extensive distribution and market development capabilities. Creative Newtech will utilize its nationwide network to expand the availability of Drona Aviation's products to customers and channel partners throughout India.

Drona Aviation's product portfolio is designed to make drone technology accessible to beginners, students, and STEM learners. Key products include:

• Pluto 1.2 DIY Drone Kit: This kit allows users to build, program, and fly their own drone without prior experience. It features block programming, smartphone control, altitude hold, Wi-Fi connectivity, OTA functionality, 16 hours of learning content, and over 25 programming projects.
• Pluto X: For more advanced users, Pluto X offers a modular platform supporting sensor and hardware integration, API-based programming in C++, and ROS-compatible image processing.
• Guru: A nano-drone designed for beginners and STEM education, featuring block coding, smartphone control, and external sensor and servo integration.

Under the agreement, Creative Newtech has secured the distribution rights across India and can sell Drona Aviation's products to customers and resellers. The Company can also appoint sub-representatives, resellers, and partners to support distribution within the territory. Drona Aviation will assist the partnership through sales support, promotional material, technical information, and online and offline product training.

For Creative Newtech, the agreement signifies an expansion into the drone technology ecosystem, specifically the education and hands-on learning segment. The partnership provides multiple avenues to market Drona Aviation's products, including channel partners, online platforms, large-format retail stores, and corporate and government customers.
