Mumbai: Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has secured a significant work order valued at approximately ₹ 482 Crore, excluding taxes and cess, from Twenty-Five Downtown Realty Limited. The contract pertains to the Civil Works and Civil Finishes of Tower T5, part of a development located in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

The project scope for Capacit'e Infraprojects includes construction work spanning basements, podiums, clubhouse, service floors, upper floors, penthouses, and the terrace level at the Super High-Rise site.

This contract represents a repeat business opportunity for Capacit'e, which has been entrusted by Twenty-Five Downtown Realty Limited.
