The company successfully received 'in-principle' approvals from both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding the listing. These approvals pertain to 2,20,000 equity shares that were allotted to M/s Bonlon Securities Limited and M/s Harshit Finvest Private Limited, who are members of the company’s promoter group.

The issuance involves the conversion of warrants issued on a preferential basis. These shares have distinctive numbers ranging from 14183359 to 16383358.
