Bluspring Completes Acquisition of STEAG Energy Services (India) Private Limited
Bluspring Enterprises Limited announced the completion of its acquisition of 100% stake in STEAG Energy Services (India) Private Limited (SESI). The acquisition, carried out through its subsidiary, Bluspring New Horizon One Private Limited (BNHOPL), was finalized on May 21, 2026.The transaction marked the successful conclusion of the purchase of the full paid-up share capital of SESI on a fully diluted basis. BNHOPL acquired the stake from STEAG Power GmbH.
Following the completion of the acquisition, SESI became a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Bluspring Enterprises Limited, effective from May 21, 2026.
This development follows an initial intimation made by the company on March 19, 2026, regarding the proposed acquisition. The company confirmed that the successful closure of all condition precedents envisaged in the Share Purchase Agreement, dated March 19, 2026, facilitated the transaction.
Bluspring Enterprises Limited confirmed that the acquisition does not constitute a related party transaction, and none of the company’s promoter, promoter group, or group companies hold any financial interest in the entities involved in the deal.
