The proposed combination involves a structured deal where Blackstone Inc., acting through its affiliates BCP Asia II Topco V Pte. Ltd. and Asia II Topco XIV Pte. Ltd., proposes to acquire a controlling stake in Neysa.Alongside Blackstone, a diverse group of investors is also contributing to the deal. This consortium includes 360 ONE Private Equity Fund, TVS Shriram Growth Fund 4 (TSGF), Nexus Ventures VII Holdings, LLC (Nexus), and Anchorage Capital Scheme III.
The syndicate is further bolstered by Mr. Sharad Sanghi, the Founder and CEO of Neysa, and 1001502130 Ontario Limited, which serves as a Co-Investor.
