His professional background includes over 16 years serving in senior leadership positions across numerous multinational and Indian organizations. He has a proven record of driving organizational transformation and building capabilities that align with organizational growth strategies.
Prior to joining Navin Fluorine, Mr. Shetty held the position of Head- India HR & Communications at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
His leadership experience is further marked by previous roles in prominent organizations, including Sanofi India, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer India, German Remedies, IPCA Laboratories, and Tata Donnelley Ltd.
Academically, Mr. Shetty holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and maintains a strong foundational knowledge in Labour Laws and Training & Development.
