
Indo-MIM Sets Market Price Band at Rs 461–485 Amid Strong Growth Outlook as Mega IPO Nears Launch
Indo-MIM Ltd., a leader in precision engineering using Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology, has fixed the price band for its massive initial public offering (IPO). The Bengaluru-based manufacturer set the pricing at Rs 461 to Rs 485 per share for its subscription issue.The IPO is scheduled to open on July 23. Anchor investor bidding will commence on July 22, with the public subscription period running until July 27. Following allotment finalization on July 28, refunds and share credits are set for July 29, paving the way for listing on stock exchanges on July 30.
IPO Structure and Listing Valuation
The offering comprises a fresh issue totaling Rs 500 crore, alongside an Offer for Sale (OFS) valued up to Rs 3,312 crore. The OFS involves existing shareholders and promoters shedding substantial quantities of shares.Green Meadows Investments is slated to sell 6.05 crore shares, while Anuradha Koduri will offload 54.59 lakh shares. Indian Institute of Technology Madras is also contributing significantly via the sale of 23.07 lakh shares.
The company’s size was previously revised before fixing the current IPO structure. The fresh issue component was reduced from an original proposal of Rs 1,000 crore, and the overall offer for sale volume was decreased. At the upper limit of the pricing band, Indo-MIM is projected to command a post-listing market capitalisation of approximately Rs 23,981.4 crore.

Financial Performance and Use of Proceeds
The company has demonstrated robust financial health in recent fiscal periods. In fiscal 2026, Indo-MIM reported a significant increase in profit, rising 26 percent year-on-year to Rs 533.5 crore. Correspondingly, revenue grew by 26 percent, reaching Rs 4,193 crore.A critical aspect of the IPO proceeds is the planned reduction of debt. The company intends to utilise Rs 400 crore from the net funds raised in the fresh issue to repay existing borrowings. This move comes as of May 2026 when consolidated outstanding borrowings stood at Rs 1,212.3 crore. The remaining funds will be channeled into general corporate purposes.
