
Birla Cotsyn Trading Resumes on BSE After Suspension Revocation
Birla Cotsyn (India) Limited announced that trading in its equity shares has been officially resumed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The revocation of the previous suspension, which followed an order from the Hon'ble NCLT Mumbai Bench dated January 9, 2025, allows the company's stock to resume market activity.The effective date for the resumption of trading is July 15, 2026. Stock trading in Birla Cotsyn’s equity shares will recommence on BSE Limited under the 'XT' group within the trade-to-trade segment.
The stock has been designated as part of a Special Pre-open Session (SPOS) for IPOs and Relisted Scrips scheduled for July 15, 2026, following guidelines set by the Stock Exchange.
This move reinstates trading activity and enables price discovery for shareholders on the BSE platform.
