Avenue Supermarts Approves Issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures Up To Rs 1,000 Crore​

Avenue Supermarts Limited has approved the issuance of Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to Rs. 1,000 crore. The decision was made by the Company's Board of Directors at a meeting held on July 11, 2026.

The approval allows for the NCDs to be issued in one or more tranches through a private placement basis.

The Board of Directors approved the issuance as part of other matters discussed during the meeting. The session commenced at 1:30 p.m. and concluded at 2:50 p.m. on July 11, 2026.
